NABI has two convenient locations in St. Albert and offices to fit every need. Prices vary according to office size and location within the buildings. NABI offers flexible month-to-month lease terms and opportunities to work and network with other NABI businesses.
Office rent includes
- reception services during normal business hours
- access to business seminars
- access to experienced business coaches
- prearrranged use of Board or Seminar rooms.
Rent also includes parking, the use of common spaces (washrooms, kitchen), heat, light, electrical power, garbage disposal, security system, snow removal, and much more.

Conference & meeting facilities
Seminar Room - Mission
The Seminar Room seats up to 30 persons. NABI licensees may book the Seminar Room at no charge. Non-licensees may book the Seminar Room at a a rate of $35 per hour or $150 per day. The room is equipped with full video conferencing capabilities. See office services for prices.
The room can be set up in a variety of ways to accommodate the needs of its users. It is ideal for monthly or annual meetings of associations of all kinds.
Available seven days a week, from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.
Conference Room - Mission
The small Conference Room is ideal for a personal meeting of up to 4 persons. NABI licensees may book the room at no charge. Non-licensees may book the room at a rate of $15 per hour, or $50 per day.
Small Board Room - Campbell
The small Board Room seats up to 6 persons. NABI licensees may book the room at no charge. Non-licensees may book the room at a rate of $20 per hour, or $75 per day.
Large Board Room - Campbell
The large Board Room is available to groups and organizations that require meeting space for 10-15 persons. It is available from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, seven days a week. NABI licensees may book the Board Room at no charge. Non-licensees may book the Board Room at a rate of $25 per hour or $100 per day.
Flip charts, VCR, digital camcorder, overhead, SmartBoard, and digital projectors can be made available for a small additional charge. See office services for prices.
