Dar is a Partner with International Management Technologies (IMT) and specializes in customer satisfaction and performance improvement support, particularly helping clients understand client/customer expectations and positioning products and processes for market leadership. Over the last twenty-five years, Dar has held consulting and executive positions in manufacturing, post-secondary education, marketing management, research, retailing and software development.

Previously, he was a director in an international pro- fessional services firm’s corporate finance team, and brings with him over 10 years of experience in mid-market corporate financ- ings, acquisitions and divestitures.

Sara Tharakan is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP), speaker, executive coach and a certified master trainer. Sara pulls from her experience in organizational development, strategic planning, process improvement, leadership development and business acumen. Each engagement with Sara is fully customized to match the goals and objectives of the organization. As an executive coach, she translates the diverse work and personal experiences of her clients into tangible resources for personal and professional growth which allows her to succeed with individuals from varied backgrounds and professions. Kathy Janzen is the Program and Leasing Coordinator for NABI. Formally educated as a biochemist, Kathy's background is in forensic science. Her technical experience includes chemical consulting, quality assurance, patent documentation, web design and technical editing. Kathy has been involved in entrepreneurial enterprises for over 10 years. As a business owner and former NABI tenant, Kathy can relate to the challenges faced by NABI business owners and understands what it takes to commercialize technology.
